Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Allstar Hauling LLC website, requesting a quote, or booking vehicle transport services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Allstar Hauling LLC provides vehicle transport services, including open and enclosed car hauling, dealer and fleet moves, and door-to-door delivery. All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change with final route, vehicle condition, and market conditions.
Booking and Cancellation
A transport order is confirmed once a pickup window is scheduled and any required deposit is received. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information, disclose inoperable or modified vehicles, remove personal belongings, and ensure the vehicle has no more than a quarter tank of fuel at pickup. The customer or an authorized representative must be present at pickup and delivery.
Insurance and Liability
Allstar Hauling LLC carries cargo and liability insurance. Damage claims must be noted on the delivery bill of lading and reported within 24 hours of delivery. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or personal items left inside the vehicle.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our forms, you consent to receive transactional and marketing text messages from Allstar Hauling LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allstar Hauling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the transport service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Monroe County, New York.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
